Kids Camp Fitness: Cross Training, Weight Lifting, and Conditioning. Learn real technique and be part of scalable exercises for kids part of our summer camp program.

Boxing/Kickboxing: Led by Amatuer fighter Darien Orvin, learn the striking arts for competition, a workout, or self defense.
4 p.m.-4:45 p.m.
Teen Lifitings: Cross Training, Weight Lifting, and Conditioning. Learn real technique and be part of scalable exercises for youth and teens.
5 p.m.-5:45 p.m.
Boxing/Kickboxing/MMA: Led by Amatuer fighter Darien Orvin, learn the MMA for competition, a workout, or self defense.
6 p.m.-6:45 p.m.

Wrestling Camp: Learn the American Sport of wrestling from Rob Eastman and Darien Orvin. Both with years of experience coaching high school level wreslting.
9:30 a.m.-10:15 a.m.
Boxing/Kickboxing: Led by Amatuer fighter Darien Orvin, learn the striking arts for competition, a workout, or self defense.
4 p.m.-4:45 p.m.
Grappling: MMA, Jiu Jitsu, and Self Defense focused wrestling. Taught by Amatuer MMA fighter Darien Orvin
5 p.m.-5:45 p.m.
